We worked with Mikhail 2 times now, he always there on time, and is very thorough doing his job. He answered all of our questions and even took the time to explain how some things worked. After inspection is done, he finished the reports in a timely manner, and was available to answer our questions even a while after inspection was done.

I am in the process of buying my first single family house. On top of a home inspection, my friend and real estate agent also recommended that I perform an oil tank sweep and a radon test. Finding a vendor that can 'do-it-all' was a head-pulling process until I found Mikhail (he goes by "Michael") who said yes to all three.
He showed up on time, immediately checked ground scan performing the oil tank sweep, thoroughly went through the house for the inspection, and left a radon test kit in the basement to collect an air sample, all for about two hours.
Very next day, I received three reports at 9pm:
1. Inspection
2. Termites
3. Oil Tank Sweep
Currently awaiting a radon test result. Since collecting a sample takes two days and the sample has to be shipped to a lab, several more days are needed.

It was my first time having a property inspection. I read about this company based on the rave reviews. Mikhail did not disappoint. He came on time to have the property inspected--shoot, I was the one who came 45 min late to the inspection I arranged.
Nonetheless he did his job well and even waited almost 30 min for a tenant to open her door for us--without blaming or chastising. I was impressed by how professional and friendly Mikhail was. He explained his inspection in detail, answered all my questions, down to the the basic inspection terms I was not familiar with.
Even gave me off the cuff sage advice on the types of specialists to look for when getting quotes. In addition, as he promised, he sent me the inspection report within 48 hours, and mold inspection report. within 72 hours.
Will definitely consider them again when getting my next property inspected.
